今日煎咗2塊扒, 一食就知係龍..... 定係蟲~~~ 哈哈!
一田大減價, A4和牛半價, 減至$99/100g~~~ 好多人瘋狂搶購!
牛扒我好怕食倒d血淋淋架, 我要煎熟d...... wakakaka..... 好變態呢~~~
話我唔識食, 都係咁講架喇..... 每邊煎咗1分鐘!
但依然juicy, 鬆軟又嫩口架......
相反, 果塊cheap cheap急凍牛扒, 煎咗一陣啫, 就成塊樹皮咁呀~~~ too bad!!!
牛扒只係配上即磨黑椒及喜馬拉雅山玫瑰岩鹽, 已經好好味喇!!!
hohoho...... 今次當然要用我剛敗入的馬騮磨椒器..... 大派用場啦~~~

先用牛肥膏起鑊, 等到個pan熱到出煙時, 就可以放入牛扒

喜馬拉雅山玫瑰岩鹽, 比起海鹽淡口~~
越來越覺得[一分價錢,一分貨] 好啱, 比較過就知,而家情願食少d 都要買d 好少少食材. 最唔鍾意d人教你落xx粉入牛肉度 ,材料靚食原味已經係最好喇
