雪櫃冰格太多存貨, 真係迫到爆晒.....
係時候kill kill佢~~
今次煮咗4塊急凍豬頸肉, 用黎蒸好爽口架~~~ yummy!!
加埋2條臘腸及豆腐, 已經好足夠~~
因為今次豬頸肉的份量好多, 所以煮的時間要長少少~~~
材料:
豬頸肉4塊
臘腸2條
豆腐一包
豬頸肉醃料:
豉油3茶匙, 砂糖1.5茶匙, 生粉半茶匙, 麻油少少, 清水1湯匙
做法:
1. 先醃好排骨(至少半個鐘, 會入味d), 豆腐切件備用
2. 臘腸先蒸15分鐘, 切片備用
3. 依次序放入豆腐, 豬頸肉及臘腸, 先用中火煮5分鐘
4. 轉細火煮12分鐘, 熄火焗10分鐘即成
