這個餸超好味, juicy又鮮甜~~~ d蟹膏香到呢...... 冇朋友呀!!
我忍唔住食咗碗半飯呀! wakakaka.....
做法簡單又容易, 有興趣可以試下~~~
材料:
肉蟹1隻(約一斤重)
半肥瘦豬肉(約$20)
雞蛋2隻
豆豉1湯匙
蒜蓉2茶匙
調味料:
豉油4茶匙
砂糖2茶匙
麻油半茶匙
清水半湯匙
做法:
1. 肉蟹洗淨斬件, 取出蟹膏備用
2. 豬肉洗淨抺乾, chop成免治豬肉, 加入所有調味料及蟹膏醃半個鐘
3. 將醃好的免治豬肉, 淋上蟹面, 用100度蒸18分鐘即可
